Suspiria is a great horror film. Not only because it is suspenseful and mysterious, but also because it is very nostalgiac and has that old fashioned feel. Dario Argento, an Italian director who is mostly well known for working in the giallo horror genre, directed this 1977 horror film.

The film focuses on a young American ballet student who attends a ballet school in Germany, which is supposedly a home to witches. The film is perfectly staged, with beautiful cinematography, a memorable score and amazing death scenes.

The film moves along perfectly, while it is also another great approach to the horror genre.
