Review of Suspicion (1941) by Charles L — 12 Feb 2010
I usually love hitchcock, but this just kept walking the line between suspenseful and boring...a few parts were drawn out a bit too long.
Grant & fontaine were both wonderful, and nigel bruce livened up every scene he was in.
Hitchcock was forced to make a 'happy ending', but I like the fact that he managed to still sneak some ambiguity in.
