Review of Suspicion (1941) by Kalem W — 23 May 2009
Easily the worst Hitchcock movie Iâ??ve ever seen. Fontaine makes infuriating and idiotic decisions, even seen through the sexual mores of the time although Grant ably plays a selfish and conniving playboy to the hilt.
The suspicion alluded to in the title is never reconciled for the audience and the logic of the movie and the plot is simply too much to overcome.
