The film is slow and misses some important aspects that would have made a film to rival the majority of the serial killer films out there. this is another film that has a great concept without the execution.
overall it passed the time but sadly a film without the central storyline is a film only half done. this idea is interesting and in the right hands may be a film to be remade in the future.
