Review of Sushi Girl (2012) by Lanky Man P — 09 May 2013
A pretty entertaining movie on the whole. The main weakness is it cannot seem to decide if it wants to be a "Grindhouse" type homage film, or a clever crime movie. In the end it ends up with pretty poor dialogue, one dimensional characters, and a fairly obvious twist.
However, the concept is entertaining and fairly well executed, and the performances of Tony Todd and Mark Hamill are great.
