Lame. Absurd. Dull. An idiot who is somehow also a "genius" government agent. She is played by Milla Jovovich and bumbles from one scrape to another. She is chased by Pierce Brosnan who is also somehow simultaneously one of the best assassins in the world but is also an incompetent at his job.
Terrible storytelling and characters, what can one expect in a film with Jovovich in it.
