I was pleasantly surprised by Ben Affleck in Surviving Christmas. I hate the guy and I liked this movie alot. Froming the beginning it captured my family's christmas. We go from being happy about christmas, to drinking and wanting to kill ourselves to almost hiring other people to be our family to pretend that we are better than we are and then realizing that the best thing we have is each other.

You can sob here. Yeah, my family is nutty and a little loose in the head, but they're mine. So thank you Ben Affleck for changing my mind about your acting ability ever since Gigli(?) ,which I did not see because I could not begin to pronounce it, bombed I lost faith but now it is restored.
