Review of Survival of the Dead (2010) by Michael J — 25 Jun 2010
Based on the trailer, I fully expected this to be an abomination that marred Romero's legacy. I was pleasantly surprised that it holds its own among the others. This is the "Dawn" section of Romero's reboot, though in many ways it returns to the core theme of Night with its insistence that humankind's greatest enemy is humankind.
It will be interesting to see where he takes the reboot from here.
