A shade better than Diary, I think. Romero continues his evolution of the zed, and while this is an interesting over-arching concept that follows on from each of his movies, it does somehow lessen the appeal.
Once zombies can drive cars and ride horses, eyebrows start getting raised. Nonetheless, Survival is an amusing flick that's worth a watch if you're a genre or a Romero fan.
