This movie lacked so much of what Romero zombie fans have some to expect from George. I can honestly say that for a horror movie it definitely lacked the dark suspense he usually maintains throughout most of his other zombie films.
The acting was barely passable and the characters, while almost likable, tended to come-off as mimed versions of themselves. The filming was great but where the real problem lay was in the overall story.
Two feuding families? This was like a first-time indie film student project gone horribly wrong...avoid this flick, however, if you are a fan you might like--but I doubt it.
