I hate to do this, but I didn't like this movie. I felt the central conflict was far too contrived and presented in such a way that it was impossible to care about the characters involved. I even love diary, but Romero finally lost me with this one.
I will of course watch any future zombie movies he creates, but my expectations have been lowered into the ground.
