Review of Surveillance (2008) by Stephen K — 04 Sep 2009
There is enough good in this Jennifer Lynch (daughter of the talented David Lynch)... to recommend it to a select few. The story line was pretty creative, and continued to keep you guessing throughout the movie.
I am puzzled why they had to make many of the officers in the investigation rooms complete idiots. I would of like to have seen more of a serious note, rather than all the humor and cheesy jokes. It was interesting to see both Cheri Oteri and French Stewarts in something serious, both did pretty decent jobs.
The stand out performances for me were from Pell James and little Ryan Simpkins....both delivered outstanding performances.
