This movie was great for many reasons first of which being the fact that at the age of 30 Rob Schneider played a 17 year old. However what really set this mpve apart was when Col. Chi (Leslie Nielsen) fondeled his penis and u actually see the shaft of his penis through his wierd ass costume.
Cinematic genius.
