I'm ashamed to say I liked this film when I was a kid. This film cashes in on the bizarre lil' ninja craze of the early 90s with an absurd (even by lil' ninja standard) storyline and worse acting.
Seriously, a kid who controls the immediate future with a SEGA Game Gear? Rob Schneider AND Leslie Nielsen in the same film? Still, it's just dumb enough to make me laugh even when I unearthed it a few months ago cleaning out my VHS tapes.
