This was just a great time. Russ Meyers took the sex-comedy genre and pracitcly re-invented it. The film is overflowing with nudity and sex, most of it very comical, yet it also features a couple sequences that are brutally violent.
It's definitely not for all tastes and despite it being over 30 years old it's still shocking that he got away with what he did. Definitely deserves it's cult classic status and then some.
