Review of Superman Returns (2006) by Bobby D — 04 Nov 2012
Saw this once a few years ago, overall feeling was meh. This time it really felt like a remake of the first film just nowhere as good. I liked Routh as Superman but Bosworth as Lois Lane was a major miscast as well as the rest of the Daily Planet staff.
Kevin Spacey provided that only real dramatic energy for the film as it slogged down into a love triangle and just couldn't seem to get out of it.
