This might not be what fans were expecting but personally I really enjoyed the film. I liked the story, I enjoyed the cast, Kevin Bacon is having a blast playing evil & as an audience we get plenty of action, some cool CGI and a superman in pretty great shape.
What more to expect from such a kind of movie.... as a viewer I grab my ticket, get some popcorn and unplug my brain for two hours. Nice film, no brainer, it's not a masterpiece, it's not a dud, it's a superman film for Christ sake.
