With the series gone since 1986's Superman 4: The Quest For Peace, Superman Returns is the Superman film we've been waiting for and exceeds our expectations thanks to an all-new story, an interesting script written by Bryan Singer, Michael Dougherty and Dan Harris, wonderful directing by Singer, and a great cast headed by Brandon Routh that is fun to watch.
