For years, I've been meaning to see this one, wondering what all the full was about. And, oh my god, while Suoerman III was bad boring, this is bad-funny. Atrocious special effects (the budget REALLY showed on this one) acting (Gene Hackman clearly was just there for the cheque) and one Nuclear Man, who easily humbled this reviewer's heart in terms of being the most laughable villian ever.
Full of stupid fight scenes and plot holes, this is a sad ending to the Superman / Reeve era.
