Superman goes for nuclear disarmament. How can this be so bad? The film contains an awful performance from the main villain (not Gene Hackman, the other guy) and is just flat out boring. How can a Superman movie be boring? Look no farther than number 4- the one that killed the franchise for awhile.
The only thing that saves this movie from being just a half a star is the presence of the great Christopher Reeves (doing the best he can) and Gene Hackman.
