The 9% rating is ridiculous.

Granted the visual effects are very cheap and dated.

But overall its a good cast and a decent story many subplots of the film have later been used in comics, cartoons and other supehero flicks its a popcorn movie way more entertaining and intelligent that the contemporary overrated superhero films which have no coherent storyline and present themselves as realistic when all they do is show digital violence.
