Review of Superman III (1983) by Ben C — 21 Apr 2013

Certainly not the best of the original trilogy. The decision to cast Richard Pryor in this film was a horrible decision. I have nothing against Richard, but G-Rated comedy was not his forte, and it's very obvious when watching him plod along in this movie.

Otherwise, I would actually like to see this particular movie redone. Various colours of kryptonite have always been used to cast Superman in a different light, so I really don't see what some of the audience are complaining about with it being used here.

The super computer should be given a much larger role in a newer version and Brainiac could and should be included as the lead antagonist.
