Accidentally and (occasionally) actually hilarious. Sometimes it's hilarious that this movie was even made. "What should we make the third Superman about? Bring in some more villains from the comics?" "No, that's what they're EXPECTING us to do.
..I've got it! RICHARD PRYOR!".
