This is where it all went wrong. Awful plot, awful rhythm (comedic gags in a Superman movie make him seem like a joke), awful casting.
The only thing slightly worthwhile is the fight between evil Superman and Clark Kent (yes, that happens), but it's too short, sort of badly explained and in the end, kind of irrelevant.
