Richard Pryor is a welcomed addition to the cast. But even that cant save the boring plot and the made-up-on-the-spot villains. Annette O'Toole is always good fun to watch in a film, she would eventually go from playing Lana Lang in this film to playing superman's adoptive mother in the WB/CW series "Smallville".
