Review of Superman II (1980) by Andrew C — 18 May 2010
This was much better than the first one. Although I missed Ned Beatty, at the same time I don't think they wanted him in there because his funny character matched to the darker elements this film was aiming for with the three super-powered Kryptonian outlaws.
Terrence Stamp in his younger years plays a great villain along with Sarah Douglas and the silent but scary Jack O'Halloran.
