A clunker of a film attempting to cash in on the popularity of the first two Superman films. Cool idea of exploring more of the Phantom zone but come on, the lead villain being a campy, vampy witch? Done of the cheap and fly effects.
Very disappointing but mildly amusing for the cheese factor.
