Review of Supergirl (1984) by Mark W — 28 Jan 2008
My rating is based on the "so bad, it's good" quality of this failed spin-off of the Superman franchise (the only carry-over character is Jimmy Olson). Helen Slater is decent in the title role (and cute too), but it's the hammy over acting from "pros" like Faye Dunaway, Peter O'Toole, and Peter Cook that really make you wonder what the hell happened here.
