Oh goodness, I remember watching this movie dozens of times when I was younger. I was very very enthralled by the fact that such a person as "Supergirl" existed. The storyline is a bit shaky, but the effects are good, and the film is quite decent overall.
Not excellent, not horrible, but decent enough.
