A vulgar presentation of the certainty beyond high school life, with a vocal coordination from it's cast and a well-rounded comedy with a heart. Seth (Hill) and Evan (Cera), together with Fogell (Mintz-Plasse) are about to leave high school. Before the world dilutes as it ends for them, the guys will do anything and everything just to win a schoolmate's heart and body. As they turn 18 without having any intercourse with women, they'll make pretentious mischief, even with the cops riding at their back. Chasing the liquor and going to a smash out party, that's the main deal for these three geeks, being popular just once in their four years at high school. Seth is seeking the attention of the party boss Jules (Stone), Evan is about to give his best shot to score a night with his longtime crush Becca (MacIsaac), while Fogell is pursuing to have the Mr. Fame award with the help of cop duo Michaels (Rogen), Slater (Hader), and his alter-ego, McLovin.

Superbad is one of the raunchiest high school comedies I had seen in years, it can even leave you some cheering-up buddy lessons thru the heart-warming participation of Cera and Hill. This two might be the star but Mintz-Plasse aka McLovin is the show stopper, scene stealer, and showcase completer. Summing it all up, a great Greg Mottola direction and Judd Apatow production.
