My god this movie is underrated. It is extremely hillarious, with a creative plot, escpecially the corrupt cop scene and the "Meow" scene. I would definately reccomend it. The acting is also pretty good to.
It's not Billy Madison or The Pick of Destiny, but' it's damn good movie. You either love it or hate it. I love it.
