The rarest thing is a sequel to a cult favorite that lives up to the hype - Super Troopers 2 is that unicorn. Deftly made so that both long time fans and people who have never seen the original can enjoy, the subtle references to classic lines are made without new audiences feeling they aren't in on the joke.
Very well done and a great movie to go see.
