I swore years ago I would never watch this movie for fear of what it would do to my diet. Out of no where, a steel cage dropped from the ceiling recently and this movie automatically turned on. I had no choice but to watch.
It's a well put together movie that takes some of the mystery out of where all of the weight gain comes from among the everyday faces I see. It's sad and accurate as to the state of our country, and should actually be watched by everyone that is on the verge of tipping their bathroom scales into an overweight status. Meanwhile, anyone already overweight should grab their last McDonald's burger and settle down to watch this movie immediately.
