Enjoyed it immensely but looking back on it there was no way that he could eaten as much as he said he did, he refuses to release his food log of the time, he had a very big bias against McDonalds, and he fails to prove that McDonalds food is either addicting or very fattening, although it still is worth a look.
A MUCH better food documentary is Fathead which goes on to make points on actual food science and has the data to prove it.
