Review of Super Size Me (2004) by David G — 28 Nov 2012
Fascinating, insightful and very relatable documentary that examines the fast food industry's (in particular McDonald's) vice-like grip on American society. Full of alarming facts, statistics and predictions that work in conjunction with writer/director Morgan Spurlock's infamous experiment to eat nothing but McDonald's for 30 days straight - breakfast, lunch and dinner.
One month, 25lbs and one self-destructing liver later, you're not likely to look at a Big Mac in the same way again.
