The marvel I saw when I was 13, I didnt really understand it but I did not like the food that I saw in it...
Super Size Me is in my opinion one of the most important documentaries around for a few reasons, its a health message & 2 no one can argue with it at all...there is not one aspect of this film that McDonald's can say is wrong. I stopped eating fast food for a few months after watching this but I went back, what could I do? it was quick & easy and I liked the Big Mac and the 6 dollar western bacon cheeseburger.
Fast forward to 2008 and I watched it again....i understand it all now, I havent touched McDonald's any other Fast food Restaurant in over 2 years (with the occasional IN & Out Exception but very rare the ketchup is just high Fructose Corn Syrup so...) which i'm very proud of myself and I do feel like I have a healthier life style.
