It was a very interesting movie. But, more of a "what if" kind of movie. Other people wouldn't have to risk their health eating fast food for a month, Spurlock just does it for you.
This movie made some "restaurant only" people I know not eat so much fast food anymore. A very informative documentary, especially during the "super size" period.
