An enjoyable documentary that although it doesn't succeed in making me not want to eat fast food it does make the viewer think about how much of the good they eat. Morgan Spurlock is an engaging presenter and you do start to worry about his safety.
Living in the uk it does make it seem that this is mainly a US problem but some of the messages can come across the pond.
