This is one of those films that is just so tremendously awful, I love it! It has better production values than Mega Shark and isn't so FUCKING IRRITATING as Batman and Robin, so I won't give it the lowest of the low.
Still, this is awful. Bob Hoskins just looks really out of place, while Luigi has some terrible lines of dialogue. There are no stand out actors, everything about the film ios cartoony and this just a piss poor, but entertaining, film.
