Review of Super Mario Bros. (1993) by Robyn M — 15 Jul 2012
What ever Happen to the accurecy? Were did the loyalty escape from actual fans who've spent countless hours playing the addictive game?
For a Game-to-movie production the choice to cast Bob Hoskin and John Legaizamo as the famous Pizza loving, Itailan Brothers was there first mistake. I guess they didn't think a latino and Englishman were any different. Even the fake New York accent sounded off... they're be better off convincing people there Bostonians.
Everything that could go wrong, got worse like: the major over lapping loop holes to a dying storyline. Or the cheesy music to make things more 'theatrical'. Princess Daisy was a blonde and didn't study Anthropology at Newyork state. Like I say where's the consistancy?
