Extra Half a star for the So good its bad factor. Overall this is a mess. The casting is mostly wrong, the plot is innane, the direction tries to hard to be artsy with out an ounce of class or skill, and in terms of staying true to the source material - ain't even close.
Now I'm no gamer, but even I see no similarity between the games and this...it is Super Mario afterall. The visuals are far to gritty for such a brightly colored game...this should've have been made in Technicolor.
