Review of Super 8 (2011) by David E — 13 Jul 2013
"Super 8", like pretty much every sci-fi film that I've seen (from "2001: A Space Odyssey" & "A Clockwork Orange" to "E.T." & "Wall-E"), was great with it's simple, yet suspenseful plot; fine acting; & neat scenery.
The special effects were great, too. A great film to watch for the family (of course, parents may want to cautiously not let children watch it, for some moments are rather dark in content) or friends!
