Review of Super (2010) by Ole J — 23 Aug 2012
This is a strange movie indeed, it follows after Defendor, wich is one of my favorites - its dramatic, real and very cool for a ordinary man turned costumed vigilante and Kick-Ass wich is also a very nice movie - but it is more on the violent but with a twist of humor side.
This falls in between those two genres, it is depicting a someone strange and crazy ensemble of characters, with The Crimson Bolt and Boltee in front, this film scores points for being very ballsy and very out-there.
It is a fun movie and entertaining, but also very strange and rough, the graphics that looks like an old batman series, with Kaaaa-Pow, Bam etc. are great and fits neatly into this strange story.
It is very violent and very explicit, and for that many properly won't like it, it is also a bit to much at times.
