Definitely! The Troma presence is there, even if only for brief glimpses. The Kick-Ass vs Super comparison is inevitable and, if you allow me, I'll join the bandwagon effect. This is smarter, crazier and less exaggerated. My respect goes for Ellen Page because, after this and Hard Candy, she has proven to have a very complex potential which no director has been able to take out from her so far.
