A surprisingly likable movie with very good acting. Amy Adams continues to prove her acting abilities, delivering Rose, a down-on-her-luck, single mom, from a dysfunctional family, trying to turn things around for her and her son.
Emily Blunt is very good as Rose's loving, but impulsively careless sister. The movie respectfully delivers a careful consideration of eccentric family relationships.
