Despite some scientific inaccuracies and the real possibility of reigniting a star by mean of a nuclear bomb this film give us a credible view of a long space mission and how to solve the oxygen generation and food supplies for the crew.
The captain of the first Icarus ship and his scatological point of view about humankind future could be a little unfocused with the story.
