Review of Sunshine (1973) by Jota B — 10 Feb 2013

Sort of takes a tail-spin towards the end, changing paces from a stunningly shot hard sci-fi film to a twisted logic thriller. Definitely could've been finessed more effectively. Still, the premise is strong, it's well paced, and has the archetypes we expect from a space-thriller.

This movie could have been an instant classic had it continued along the projection of its strong opening, but it comes short of 'classic' on account of it's tangential nature.
