Review of Sunset Boulevard (1950) by Andrew I — 08 Jan 2012
Any film that features an Isotta Fraschini can't be bad, and the rest of it is pretty good too, especially if you like noirs as I do. It reminded me at times of Great Expectations, with a smidgeon of Rebecca and a dash of The Addams Family, which is no bad thing.
A little overlong maybe, but certainly stands the test of time well.
