Review of Sunset Boulevard (1950) by Cody Y — 29 Jul 2012
A classic film of a murder on Sunset Blvd., Joe Gillis recalls his accounts, leading up to his death, as a Hollywood writer whilst living with and working for an aged silent-film star lost in her past hubris of a by-gone era.
This film is full of character depth, witty dark humor, and classic noir, and by far one of my personal favorites.
