Review of Sunset Boulevard (1950) by Sergio R — 03 Jun 2013
A clever classic with a striking plot, Sunset Boulevard is remarkable with the direction of Billy WIlder, multi-dimensional characters, and sharp dialogue. There is a great performance from Gloria Swanson, and the narrative structure is very compelling.
Despite that is a 1950 film, it feels quite modern and innovative, a must see masterpiece with memorable scenes, and great performances.
